the breakfast had a decent selection. i suppose it met the bare minimum.
the soundproofing was awful. i could hear everything from the street below and the room next door. sleep wasn't exactly restful, you know.

Conveniently Located City Stay
strategic location short walk spacious bathroom
I found the hotel's location quite beneficial. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The São Bento train station was a short walk. I liked the spacious bathroom, it included a double sink. Breakfast was included and provided a fair variety of options.
I found the elevator to be temporarily out of service. It caused an inconvenience on my departure day. I had to rely on assistance to bring my luggage down.

The rooftop terrace presents very nice views. The seating arrangements are very comfortable. The breakfast area is kept very clean and organized. I appreciated the easy access to common areas and amenities.

The staff provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The room included complimentary tea and coffee each afternoon. I found the location very convenient for walking to attractions. The hotel offered quick access to shopping and restaurants.
The room lacked a place to properly store luggage, so space was a bit limited.

helpful staff welcome drink good breakfast
The staff were helpful, and the hotel provided welcome drinks. The breakfast offered eggs, bacon, fruit, and pastries for a nice start to the day. The rooftop bar had live music one evening , which I enjoyed.
The bathroom mirror was not lit well and the room lacked a chair.

The breakfast included bacon , eggs , several vegetarian options and a variety of breads. Coffee and juices were available each morning. I found the selection provided a great start to my day.

The room offered coffee making facilities, convenient. Water was restocked daily. The shower was good. I found the room to be very comfy and tidy after a day of travel.

central location helpful staff welcome drink poor soundproofing small desk poor lighting
The location was central. It made getting around very easy. the staff were generally helpful and polite. i especially liked the welcome drink provided upon arrival, it was a nice touch.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear street noise quite easily. the desk in my room was too small to work comfortably. the lighting was quite poor. It was difficult to read in the evenings.
