the breakfast had a decent selection. i suppose it met the bare minimum.
the soundproofing was awful. i could hear everything from the street below and the room next door. sleep wasn't exactly restful, you know.

I found the hotel's location quite beneficial. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The São Bento train station was a short walk. I liked the spacious bathroom, it included a double sink. Breakfast was included and provided a fair variety of options.
It caused an inconvenience on my departure day. I had to rely on assistance to bring my luggage down.

The rooftop terrace presents very nice views. The seating arrangements are very comfortable. The breakfast area is kept very clean and organized. I appreciated the easy access to common areas and amenities.

The staff were helpful, and the hotel provided welcome drinks. The breakfast offered eggs, bacon, fruit, and pastries for a nice start to the day. The rooftop bar had live music one evening , which I enjoyed.
The bathroom mirror was not lit well and the room lacked a chair.

The location was central. It made getting around very easy. the staff were generally helpful and polite. i especially liked the welcome drink provided upon arrival, it was a nice touch.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear street noise quite easily. the desk in my room was too small to work comfortably. the lighting was quite poor. It was difficult to read in the evenings.

the location was convenient to many attractions.
The room i got was smaller than expected. noise from the street kept me awake several nights. Loud music played until late. the bathroom door did not close properly. This was a basic maintenance issue i hoped would have been addressed.
